Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Spoiled Products: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable, please provide a photo of the item and your order details within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
  3. Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us for assistance.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 days.

Exceptions

  • Non-Refundable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including opened or consumed products.
  • Samples or Discounted Items: Items purchased as samples or as part of a promotion may not be eligible for a refund.
