Terms & Conditions – Video Review Promotion V1

1. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to all customers who have purchased products from Kesariya Farm through our official website.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Employees, affiliates, and partners of Kesariya Farm are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Details

  • Customers who submit a short video review of any Kesariya Farm product will receive either:
    • a 10% discount code, or
    • a gift card of equivalent value,
      applicable on their next order.
  • The video must feature the product and include genuine feedback about your experience.
  • The discount code or gift card will be sent via email within 7 business days after successful submission and approval of the video.

3. Submission Guidelines

  • Videos must be submitted to kesariyafarmsocial@gmail.com.
  • The video should be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in length.
  • Content must be original, respectful, and free from offensive language, imagery, or misleading claims.
  • Kesariya Farm reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet these guidelines.

4. Usage Rights

  • By submitting a video, participants grant Kesariya Farm a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and share the video across our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Participants waive any claims to compensation beyond the promotional discount or gift card.

5. Discount / Gift Card Terms

  • The 10% discount code or gift card is valid for one-time use only.
  • It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • The benefit applies to product value only and excludes shipping charges, taxes, or other fees.
  • The code or gift card must be redeemed within 180 days from the date it is sent to the participant.
  • The maximum value of the discount or gift card is ₹5,000, even if 10% of the order exceeds this amount.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information provided during submission will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.
  • Kesariya Farm will not share participant details with third parties, except as required by law.

7. General Conditions

  • Kesariya Farm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Decisions regarding eligibility, approval of submissions, and issuance of discount codes or gift cards are final and binding.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
